Welcome to Maechelle’s Sage Place, a space where you can practice alignment with your well being. Alignment with your well being feels like contentment, satisfaction, passion, joy, and appreciation. When you can maintain these feelings, then you know you have established a habit of well being.

Establishing a habit of well being requires daily practice. I use Positive Intelligence, a coaching framework that uses mental fitness training to help clients establish a routine that allows them to find a gift or opportunity in any challenging situation. Clients start with the Foundation Program which includes an intense seven-week mental fitness training program designed by Positive Intelligence. This training is combined with weekly group coaching sessions that provide support and encouragement as clients go through the training. This lays the foundation for a habit of well-being which will result in lasting positive change. Clients who complete the seven-week mental fitness training report a greater ability to manage their stress levels, improved relationships, and overall increased sense of well being.
